The first update in more than a month. Well, I practically spent all my time getting ready for my 2009 moderations. Thus go figure, I didn’t produce anything new.
Although I did some hand prints on newsprint for the paper girl project and took some way overdue photos of some of my older work and uploaded them onto my flickr account.
Currently I’m on a four week makeshift holiday, so I’m having to force myself not to think of anything remotely art or design, which is considerably harder than one might imagine.
I’m already 2 weeks in, so I have about 2 more weeks left and then I'm going to hit the ramparts again, probably with my thesis. I’m aiming to have my first draft done by march and I'll probably upload it if anyone feels like giving input, which would be rad.
This will keep me occupied until the end of march (which is my first self imposed deadline) and I'm in the progress of figuring out what I will attempt during the March – June period.
But i’m going to try and incorporate some of my extra curricular activities into my studies as well, including some DIY ventures with my ex-band members.
Now it’s just an issue of establishing what I can do in that allocated time, since I’ve been daydreaming about some really absurd things i want to try out. So it’s just an issue of priorities
On the issue of priorities, one of my (recurring) 2010 resolutions is to draw more and write less.
